I am the Broker and Owner of Selling the Coast, a full service real estate brokerage located on Reid Avenue in the heart of Port St. Joe. Before beginning my real estate career, I earned my doctoral degree in education and spent years teaching. That experience allows me to clearly explain complex transactions, anticipate questions, and provide personalized guidance throughout every step of the buying and selling process.

My roots along the Forgotten Coast run deep. My husband attended school in Port St. Joe and later taught locally, I taught in Franklin County, and together we are raising our three boys in the community where we were married.

Kam, my husband, also owns Renting the Coast, a property management company, and Insuring the Coast, an insurance agency. This gives my clients valuable advantages, including rental income projections for investors, insurance cost estimates, and informed pricing strategies backed by real market knowledge.

I specialize in investment properties and CAP rate analysis while also helping traditional buyers and sellers achieve their goals. My marketing combines professional photography, engaging video, targeted social media advertising, multiple MLS exposure, and collaborative promotion from my brokerage team to maximize visibility for every listing.
