St. Joe Beach is also a short drive from WindMark Beach and about 15 minutes from downtown Port St. Joe, where you will find groceries, restaurants, the marina and our office on Reid Avenue. Mexico Beach shops and restaurants are just down the road in the other direction. For bigger shopping trips, Panama City is about 45 minutes to an hour west.
Because St. Joe Beach is not a planned community, the housing here varies. Older beach cottages sit near newer homes on pilings, and you will see a mix of full-time homes and second homes. That variety gives buyers a wider range of price points and styles than you might find in a single development.
